I want to thank the staff at the Clarke Historical Library, Central Michigan University, for their assistance to me in the preparation of my new memoir “Letters Home: A Memoir of Michigan’s ‘Up North’ Country.” Not only did they assist me in researching certain questions of copyright; Clarke will be the first  library anywhere to add my book to their collection.
